- BKBarbara KeanNov 12, 20251.0Rude!!! I called to inquire about sending back Xfinity equipment, and what I need to bring in. The woman who answered in the Johnathan landing plaza location kept talking over me and wouldn't let me ask my questions I had. She kept cutting me off and just kept yelling "bring it in and we'll figure it out" with an attitude like she even didn't know herself and wouldn't ask anyone there. Xfinity told me they have done this before. I asked for a manager and she said she was the manager! So unprofessional!! Customers don't need this attitude when they just want some help. I wonder if the calls are recorded? I called another location, and the guy was so polite and answered exactly what I needed, he said yes we have a contract with Xfinity and we do this all the time. He took the time to listen to my couple questions, not so difficult after all! I will never go to Jonathan's Landing location again!
