I had to scan a barcode and leave, ridiculous. I have had very rude interactions with the employees before, I am not surprised they have lower than a 3 star on here and maps. I’ve worked in customer service a long time and the door does not lock until the time on the door says not a minute before. Insanity for a corporation.

When I arrived before closing time, they had already closed the gate. I knocked on the door, holding my baby and package, and they just looked at me and walked away. If you are suppose to close at 6:30, you should close at 6:30. Not turn away customers before closing time because you want to leave.

They talk about customers as soon as they walk away in front of a line of people and they drop the F bomb with each other and with you as the customer every few minutes! To the point I’ve had to ask them to stop because I had my children with me. I heard one employee, who is always working and always in a bad mood, say “well, duh!” to an older gentleman who walked up and simply said “hello, I’m here to ship this package.” In that instance another customer spoke up and told him it was incredibly rude and he just shrugged. They also regularly blast loud music with inappropriate lyrics for a business. Do yourself a favor and drive the short distance to the East Indiantown location where they are helpful and professional.
