I also stood there in line and she waited until others came into instruct us to the kiosk where I then wound up behind and in a new line.

Super unhelpful closed the door at 3pm while I was in the store even though I arrived at 2:45 he said “I don’t mean to rush you…” and then continued to say “but we closed the register.” I am 9 months pregnant they didn’t even offer to get the door when they refused to sell me a box to ship my return and I was struggling to carry my boxes out because they wouldn’t assist me. Honestly go further East down the street to the other UPS store.

And if I owned or managed the store, I would sincerely like to know. I'm with the other reviewers, first time to visit today, met with lethargic, lazy, apathetic help .. communication through mumbling does not help. I will drive to another store that has competent, friendly help.. it's further away but way worth it. Like I said, I don't like to write negative reviews but if you have another choice, go the extra mile and see the difference.
