  Our experience with Brian Marketing Group has been extremely disappointing. We were sold services for CarAccidents.com with clear expectations, yet nothing that was promised was ever delivered. After paying a significant amount of money, we received no meaningful services in return and no follow through on what was discussed during the sales process. For months, my team reached out by phone and email, often receiving vague responses like “someone else from the team will get back to you later” but no actual updates or resolutions. The representative "Vince Alluzzo" who sold us the services, listed as the Sales Director, is no longer with the company, and communication since then has only declined. Most recently, even after being told to call back at a specific time because “the team was at lunch,” the same number suddenly stopped being answered entirely. At this point, we cannot find any active number that anyone will pick up. We are still attempting to reach someone who will take responsibility and address the issue, but the lack of communication and failure to deliver what we paid for has made this feel like a complete sham. We trusted this company and were left with nothing to show for it.

  SCAM. FRAUD. Do not believe anything they say. They WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY and not deliver anything. They will stop responding to emails. They will not answer the phone. DO NOT TRUST THESE PROPLE. I will be filing a class action lawsuit against these people.

  Lots of promises but no results, no follow through or follow up and inability to contact. In business sometimes things do not go according to plan and that is understandable, but failing to communicate or offer any explanation is what is unacceptable.
