- MGMaria GarciaMar 20, 20261.0I got on on time for my appointment after we were waiting for someone to come one lady told us that we had to reschedule the appointment because we didn't filled before and she had the more appointments I told her we got on time and no one told us we had to do that we could do it while we were waiting and said you have to comeback or go to the court hose.very disappointed for the poor service hopefully they one day they understand that our time has the same value as theirs first time I went there and last time never comeback.

The reviewers complaining that the staff aren’t friendly are the people that love to tell every cashier their life story when there’s a line of 40 fellow customers behind them. This post office, like every other post office in the country, is severely understaffed and the postal workers here understand that time management & efficiency are a must. Unfortunately, that comes at the cost of making forced, irrelevant small talk which people mistakenly perceive as being friendly. They aren’t being rude to you, they are just trying to get everyone’s packages from Point A to Point B on time with the limited resources they have available. No one cares about that one time you sent a package of food to your son in college and how much of an alleged “hoot” it was when he received it with chocolate melting from the seams. Keep the line moving. Thank you.
