Lost my package, costing me the sale on ebay, the item, and the shipping. Making a claim is almost impossible and their service is terrible.

Very respectful gentleman greeted me after I was called up. I had a 2:15-2:30 appointment for my passport and arrived at 2:18 because of traffic. There was nobody in the line behind me and the lady who I assume was responsible for passports was rude. I waited in line for at least 5 minutes to be rudely told “it’s not 2:15 not doing your passport”. Terrible service, I’d recommend going somewhere else, but she’d probably be happy not having extra work to do.

Melissa, the postmaster of this office, is completely unfit for her role. I had a complaint and instead of addressing it directly, she sent someone else to deal with me — which is highly unprofessional, especially when I was willing to wait to speak with her.
A true manager should prioritize both customer service and supporting their staff, but Melissa does neither. Her lack of leadership is obvious, her communication skills are poor, and she always appears disengaged. Ask her a simple question, like the price of stamps, and she’ll go off on a tangent that has nothing to do with what you asked.
This office deserves a manager who is attentive, professional, and capable of leading by example — unfortunately, Melissa is the opposite.

VERY VERY VERY VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES, it’s actually crazy how any of these people are allowed to be working here and by the rating you can see nothing has been done about it. Recommend visiting another usps.
