Fast and efficient post office. The reviewers complaining that the staff aren’t friendly are the people that love to tell every cashier their life story when there’s a line of 40 fellow customers behind them. This post office, like every other post office in the country, is severely understaffed and the postal workers here understand that time management & efficiency are a must. Unfortunately, that comes at the cost of making forced, irrelevant small talk which people mistakenly perceive as being friendly. They aren’t being rude to you, they are just trying to get everyone’s packages from Point A to Point B on time with the limited resources they have available. No one cares about that one time you sent a package of food to your son in college and how much of an alleged “hoot” it was when he received it with chocolate melting from the seams. Keep the line moving. Thank you.

The customer service is the “worst”.
The lady was so lazy, she wouldn’t post mark my envelope for me. The stamp weighs about 1.3 ounces and the force of energy to strike the envelope would take approximately 1/2 lb of striking force. The Kinetic Energy indicator of this person is ZERO. What a Joke our US Post Office has become. No wonder they are operating in the Red each year. The most incompetent, inefficient government agency….USPO
