They returned my mail to the sender, and then when I went in to try to get a refund, they denied their mistake and said they could do nothing for me. So I am out $60 and have nothing to show for it. I understand that somehow the computer system made an error, but I had evidence right there I showed them and they still could not make it right.

Told me my letter would be”get lost or torn and my gift cards will fall out” . When I asked her name she said “back up” and refused until to identify until the conversation was noticed by her associate. Unbelievable
- JTJay TNov 18, 20251.0Lost my package, costing me the sale on ebay, the item, and the shipping. Making a claim is almost impossible and their service is terrible. Over a month sense the package was lost. I probably spent over 5 hours on the phone just for them to open and close cases with no closer to having my money or item. Back and forth from the Arlington to Miami internal affairs (who I haven't gotten to answer the phone once out of 25+ calls). Do yourself a favor and use UPS or FedEx. The insurance on their packages is useless if they don't pay you'll get tired of calling before they ever pay. As of right this minute I've been on hold for 20 minutes for Arlington internal affairs employee to send me an email she claimed she'd send "right after we get off the phone"
