- JYJessica YeartaFeb 19, 20261.0The guy at the front is very rude. Accused me of putting my mom's name on change of address online instead of just fixing the situation after it should have been fixed months ago when I let my mom know "Hey, for some reason they are sending me your mail, even has it listed that "I" made this request on a piece of mail from the post office and I DID NOT put your name on the list online." She said no problem and she went in and it should have been fixed after that. I only added mine and my daughter's. There were 3 generations in that house and only 2 people's names was put on the list. Either way doesn't matter. We just wanted things fixed a while back we don't care who put what and where it went wrong. He was rude and came off as very arrogant for someone who is providing customer care. We didnt go and point fingers at him and their post office. We just assumed it was a system error and it hadn't changed so we wanted to go in together and fill out separate papers inside instead of online.

I have always been happy with my mail lady, she stays busy but she always makes sure I get my packages which can be difficult at times!
