Very spacious and actually not as backed up as most other post offices like Dunn avenue, lake Forest area and stuff like those. I actually don't mind driving the extra mileage for the experience. The level of customer service I received went above and beyond my expectations. The staff was not only professional and efficient, but also genuinely helpful and patient in addressing my concerns. What stood out most was their willingness to take extra time to ensure everything was handled correctly. It’s rare to see that level of care and attention to detail these days. My package was processed smoothly, and I left feeling confident and appreciated as a customer. Experiences like this make a real difference, and I’m grateful for the dedication shown. Thank you to the team for providing such outstanding service. The USPS workers rarely provides such personalized service.

See photos below ⬇️. This revisit went overall ok but the first visit was wild. The gentleman who shoved JTown out the door and hurt her arm was not there on the revisit. Maybe he no longer works there? He shouldn’t. It’s on video for all the world 🌎 to see. The internet 🛜 is forever. On the previous visit a man named Winston Jackson was very animated. The ladies working the counter on the revisit appeared to be uncomfortable but if these ladies don’t want to be recorded in public they should find employment in the private sector. Do better public servants!!
