- MBMichael B3 days ago1.0We were giving a passport appointment at 8:30am. That part of the Post Office does not open until 9am. The woman up front was very short and rude with us for no reason. She came off as very hateful towards us. It's 8am, the day just started, and she's already mad at the world and anyone who comes in? I get it's hard to find good workers these days, but it's not so difficult that we need to have hateful people like this working the front desk of a busy post office. This person is just sending so many people off in a bad mood. It's a net negative to society to have them working this type of job. Put them working away from customers.

- VCVita CApr 16, 20261.0I know a lot of us have lost hope in people and the world, but this place will reassure you that there’s absolutely no hope for humanity. Imagine driving all the way across town with a 5 month old for a passport appointment, only to be met with “the lady left for the day”. Not so much as an apology or an explanation. People will literally treat each other like trash these days for no reason. After waiting to speak to a supervisor, he wouldn’t even look us in the eye to offer an apology. Wasted half a day from work for this? And then they tell us well you should have gotten a message it was cancelled. Not one phone call or email or message from them. Surely you can’t be this horrible and then on top of that blame the customer. The supervisor told us to drive downtown with the baby to do a walk in instead. We had work to get to. Yes we have all the time with a baby to be running around town. I mean you cannot get lower than this. It seems the high the workers get there is to treat everyone like scum so it makes themselves feel better going home at the end of the day. I guess we learned the hard way again that people will go out of their way just to spit in your face.
