- JSJoey SmithApr 5, 20261.0Typical USPS poor service. And the self service postage kiosk was broken. USPS shoud just be rpelaced by Amazon. Amazon has better logistics, plus trucks in every neighborhood. Have them deliver the mail and you reduce trucks on the road, pollution, and overpaid government employees. And accuracy of delivery would improve greatly.

I was in line—fifth in line, specifically—and since they only accept five walk-in passport applications per day, she simply refused to serve us, treating the entire situation with extreme rudeness. I repeat: the service provided by this woman was ABYSMAL. Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name, but looking at the reviews, I see that everyone else has had the exact same terrible experience.
