Not employees fault, always crowded due to lack of staff. The ghost staff there is very helpful and very friendly. Seemed a bit overwelmed though. Get it together USPS!

WORST post office EVER!!! And the large mail box drop is always locked because they’re too lazy. So they inconvenience you by limiting when you can drop off stuff or having to walk in the BUSY desk area and drop off packages that can just go in a bin.

Drove out here to a post office for self service. Only to find that they locked the priority envelopes behind the door. Why the hell do you have a self service desk only to lock the items that are supposed to be available 24/7. Waste of fuel and time.

They don’t answer the phones. And the customer service is terrible in person. They don’t want to work. It’s always one worker upfront and someone in the back walking around. Seen a worker with her child in there. I wouldnt mind it if they were actually professional. But they’re not. Not to mention i asked for my mailbox key and without checking to see if they had it on file or showing any interest in getting it completed the rep just told me 3-4weeks I will be contacted. Well, it’s been way over a 5weeks. Close to 2 months. Still no key. Still no call. They just don’t want to work
