I came in specifically for notary services, and the staff member on duty outright refused to help me, offering no real assistance beyond telling me to check Google. This created a major inconvenience and forced me to drive an hour to another UPS location to get my documents notarized. I don’t typically leave negative reviews—and when I do leave reviews, they’re usually positive—but the unwillingness to help or offer any workable solution, especially after I was advised to come in for this service, is unacceptable. Being turned away without support, when I was able to receive the same service at another location, is simply not fair to customers.

What I expected to be a huge headache turned into such an easy transaction. I was expecting this to be quite challenging to manage but they simplified every step of it with their expertise. You don’t always get lucky in moments like this, but I did. I’m so happy with my service here.
