  I’ve been using UPS stores for nearly 20 years across 27 states, and this was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had. I came in to return an oversized Amazon package. I was told to use the Amazon kiosk, but the kiosk clearly stated that oversized items should be handled at the counter. When I pointed this out, the employee avoided helping and seemed more focused on their phone than assisting customers. There was no clear guidance, no effort to resolve the issue, and no customer service. I ended up leaving without completing my return. UPS stores are usually reliable, which made this experience especially disappointing. I hope management addresses this, because customers shouldn’t be bounced back and forth without help.

  These people are saying that they open at 9am. They are never there at the time that they claim to be open. I could understand it occasionally, we all experience delays, but every single time is unacceptable. We all try to schedule our busy days around our own schedule. A few minutes late is bad enough, 20-30 minutes is ridiculous if it happens all the time. Five of us were waiting at the door today and we all had to leave.

  Used UPS Store to fax about five dozen legal documents after my mother's death. A week later one of the organizations called and said they never got it. I went back in to the UPS Store with my reciept and they wanted to charge me an additional $27. For the same fax that I had already paid for. When I told him that was ridiculous and I had already paid for the service the man yelled at me saying I needed a receipt saying it was sent, ( I had already gave him the receipt I was originally given). The week prior to this was a normal business experience with the young women who helped me, the man today who I believe is the manager shouldn't be working front of store. He was aggressive for no reason and wouldn't listen. They used to be worth the price of service, but its not worth the attitude. Even though I only used them to fax her death certificate, I'd rather by a fax for that purpose than deal with that man again.

  Rarely leave a review . . . Please change your hours online and post your hours on the currently blank Hours sign at your store. The "occasional" glitch is understandable, this problem seems to be more than occasional. I was there at 7am today and waited and called (VM full) and waited . . . Unfortunately, the old adage applies: "Take a picture, cuz ya ain't gonna see me again."

  Like other reviewers, I needed to ship at 7 AM when the UPS website says they open. They were still closed at 7:15. I drove all the way across town because I had a flight to catch and this put me in a horrible position. The owner responded to another reviewer and made excuses about hours changed on “rare” occasions. Absolutely not. This is unprofessional and unacceptable in every way. It’s your job to be open when you say you will. This is shameful.
