  All of the teenagers that work here are more focused in talking about grad bash and other personal obligations instead of assisting customers. Spent almost an hour getting finger printed and the employees finally started assisting the elderly lady finishing hers with no prior assistance. Prepare to wait.

  Despite the seller confirming they had the right address, all papers showing the right address, my account showing the right address, and a fraud investigation launched, UPS delivered my package 4 hours away in another state. They won't tell me where and they refuse to get it. It was 1300 dollars of product. And their "excuse" was the seller put the wrong address. A straight up lie. My bank is handling it but this was bullcrap.

  I used to go to this UPS location but not anymore. They made a mistake and printed out someone else’s label , not the one I created and emailed them, so my package got shipped to the wrong address. I normally would double check the label on the package after they printed out from their printer but this was the only time I forgot to double check. I didn’t realize until my client called me days later for the package. so I checked the tracking from my UPS receipt and realized the package was on its way to the wrong address. I called UPS 1800.. number to file a claim for the missing package but UPS asked me to contact the local UPS store where I had the package originally. Someone emailed me and told me they will investigate but so far a few month passed, no one has contacted me yet. So I could not recoup the loss of my package by filing a claim. SO BE CAREFUL with this local ups store .

  I typically come here for returns or fingerprints. I recently went to print one paper. I was told it would be $4.63 to print ONE page. I then got my receipt and realized later i was charged $4.63 and a 0.50 tax fee for 8.5/11 paper. I also had other services done with issues but i wont elaborate. Ill just drive a bit farther to a different location next time.
