  Dear Store Manager, I am writing to express my concern regarding an unpleasant experience I had at the Argyle The UPS Store location recently. During my visit, 3/3/26 at 10:35a the Male cashier (Brent) appeared visibly frustrated and angry because after advising us we can us the Kiosk, several times, several customers, including myself, preferred not to use the self-service kiosk. Rather than assisting us professionally, the cashier made comments and displayed an attitude that felt dismissive and rude. It created an uncomfortable environment for everyone waiting in line. He stated we were messing up his service. He actually singled out one customer and was talking to him very rudely. The customer was very nice and kept stating "I'm okay, I'll wait." He harassed this customer. I apologized to the gentleman/customer, when I left. He didn't deserve that. I understand that kiosks may help streamline operations, but customers should not feel pressured or criticized for choosing face-to-face service—especially if they are unfamiliar with the kiosk or simply prefer personal assistance. I value respectful customer service and hope this matter can be addressed to ensure a more welcoming experience in the future. Thank you for your time and attention to this issue. Sincerely,

  This UPS location has a reputation for price gauging. I only drop off prepaid customer packages and Amazon returns there now. I had a 13 lb. small box that I needed shipped to Miami. They quoted me $72. That was their slowest service. That is over $5 per pound to ship from one end of the state to the other. I drove to the Argyle Forest and Blanding UPS store with the same package and shipped it to the same location for $26 There is no plausible explanation for a $46 variance beyond a cash grab. My understanding is that UPS stores receive a portion of the declared value insurance upsells which would explain why another location less than 5 miles away is able to ship the same package to the same location for 63% less cost.

  Good morning 🌞 I walked in UPS and TJ went out her way to show me how to retrieve an email that needed to be printed out. The young lady was very polite. Thank you UPS 😇:)
