  First I just came here to return packages. The Line move fast. If people had issues or questions the staff would happily help. So when need a notary I came here and it was super easy fast. They have personal and business mailboxes. What stands out is the staff knows there stuff and takes great care of customers. Thank you!

  I have to agree with the "nice store / people" but getting a bit scammy (or words to that effect)" commenter. Their computer NEVER works (going on 6 weeks now) = they can print out for you but those charges add up. I can understand (the only) computer being "down" for a day, 2, maybe a week but 6+ weeks? Something is off with that.

  The people are kind. But the prices keep going up like every few months and now they just aren’t affordable at all. Things that cost me $4 two years ago cost me $9 and $12 now and things that were just 8 are now $10 it’s just way too many hikes in six short periods. Is it the location or is it UPS themselves I don’t know. What I do know is I can’t charge my customers double the price they pay for something to ship it. A $12 item cost $15 to ship??? Unfortunately now I only go here when I just can’t make the post office. And again it isn’t the people it’s the prices.

  I will NEVER use UPS or UPS Store! I received a email my package was ready for pickup at CVS UPS Store and on arrival the mgr. And associate whom the delivery driver posted as the one who received the order both stated the driver did not leave my package and more disturbing is their comment "He does this all the time" after this experience, the worst experience began. Trying to get someone to answer the phone in Jax,Fl was impossible. I called the national UPS number and FINALLY got a human after the 'Automated' garbage. The CSR stated that it showed delivered and it was my problem! Thank God the company I purchased from accepted the incompetency on UPS part and replaced the order and used a different means of Shipment. UPS will not leave me or blow my concerns off again!!!
