  This ups store has gone down hill since they opened. 1) customer service needs major improvement 2) it smells inside, use better air fresheners or a deodorizer 3) prioritize or have separate lines for certain things. Amazon drop off / shipping

  I frequent this ups when I am in town to visit my family. I loved and miss the two girls Erin and Mackenzie . Truly the best. The new gentleman and girl are standoffish and just makes it feel like I’m going to the post office. Sadly the way I was treated when returning the item which said it just needed my QR code to be scanned not mentioning a box. The guy flat out says “you think you can return it without a box? Do that and come back” I was flabbergasted. I will have to go to the one further down now . Did not like the hostility a condescending tone he gave me. EDIT: went in again and same experience. Brought another return and they want to charge me 5.00 for a box. Brought it to the new ups on Dunn and they scanned and were glad to return my product no box no charge. So much nicer

  This UPS Store is the best store I have visited. My best friend and I overpacked for our cruise to avoid paying the over weight fee at the airport we decided to ship back items to save some money. This store associate and owner, Yogesh were very patient and helpful to us. They gave us an excellant customer service experience and went above our expectations.

  From shipping packages to having an extra mailbox up here to just now getting my fingerprints taken the owners really care about serving the people of this neighborhood. The expert care shown as they were taking my fingerprints to make sure that they all came out great was a level two other stores couldn’t match. They didn’t know, but this was my third attempt at getting my fingerprints from a live scan provider. All other ups store location live scan kiosks failed. Thank you for saving the day.

  Called 3 other locations with a simple question only to be quickly shut down with no with out explanation, I called this location yogesh picked up the phone and answered my question and explained in detail what I should do , went in was greeted with warm attitude. Great customer service I drive past 2 locations to get to this store and I’ll continue to do so !!!
