  Just went in for Amazon service locker! Twice!While walking out, trying to let cashier know my business. Both times some immature teenager barely acknowledged presence while nose dug deep in phone! No situational awareness and rude behavior!

  Charging almost $3.00 a page to fax because the local libraries do not have fax machines should be criminal. Shame on you Staples. Of course I had no choice but I promise I won't ever spend a penny in one of your stores again. I will drive 30 minutes to the St. Johns library and fax for $4.00 cash per fax. Even bigger thevies than I knew. Look at my bank account. They have $45.00 of mine for faxing 8 pages. Staples is a horrid company. I have to fight with them to get my money and they are blaming my bank. My bank said they are the ones that requested the hold. I am disputing the charges and have reported them for stealing money from me and hassling me about returning it
