- AMAshley MendezApr 8, 20261.0On April 8, 2026 at 6:20 pm, I had a very unpleasant experience at this FedEx location. The employee who assisted me was clearly rude and unprofessional. From the moment I arrived, her attitude was negative: she gave me an uncomfortable look, did not greet me, and showed no interest in providing good customer service. It is unacceptable to be treated this way in a customer service setting. This kind of behavior reflects very poorly on the business. I hope management takes action and provides better training for their staff.
