- MMMJFeb 11, 20261.0Horrible experience. This woman that works at the counter is incredibly rude and has a smart mouth. I usually go to FedEx but decided to use USPS on this occasion. I mixed up the TO: and FROM: location (top vs. bottom) on my boxes because l never hand write it, since FedEx puts the label on for you. As a mid-30s US citizen, I obviously know that FROM goes in the top left corner and TO goes at the bottom. I also usually mail envelopes and was not aware this same standard applied to packages…. Anyways, when I was flabbergasted by mistake, Ms. Rude counter associate decides to blurt out “Back in the Day they taught us that in grade school” — to which I replied “I didn’t go to school where you went, and also, nobody asked you”. Instead of being helpful you decide to blurt out negative insulting unnecessary comments trying to be funny, with your bad lopsided weave. I will be filing a formal complaint with USPS and I hope she is terminated. Don’t be at the front counter talking mess, super unprofessional.
