I'm been ordering all my life before I come to Jacksonville and never have been any issue as soon I move in Jacksonville when I'm ordering something I never have it . I'm not going to crossed my hand didn't do nothing hell no I'm going to report it to the headquarters of that post office . When I'm losing my items SHEIN doesn't give me my money back ok .That's disgusting and Big disappointment because only here that happened to me so why when I'm order something to Amazon UPS never lost my package why that post office.
- LJLeon JonjockNov 26, 20251.0Employees always change, attitudes and service still worst in Jacksonville , I am owner of 5 stores , and owner of TV studios , its time we cut commercials for this location, and film , Poster #7 Allows us to film them by Federal Laws, maybe include the attitudes towards customers to be understood, bottom line they cry for higher wages while working as slow as possible to upset people. Then handled the shipments hazardous while knocking over other people's packages unto the floor , then daring us to leave a negative feedback. We did!

Professional, polite, patient and all with a smile!!!! And it didn’t take her all day to complete my transactions. She should train some of the others on what quality customer service looks like!!!!! THANK YOU RAHSIYMA!
- JMjon millwoodNov 4, 20251.0called in with simple request to move broken mailbox from curb to side front of house. my mail deliver was ok with the move, but said office needed to approve. she wouldnt consider it said only way to move was for a medical reason. no exceptions or considerations , no reasons why couldnt be moved
