    Some of the employees are helpful. However, Many have a bad attitude that obviously starts at the supervisor. They mock customers after they exit the office, openly rolling their eyes, shaking their heads, or making comments, all of this in full view of waiting customers. It's really shameful. If deliveries in the zip code were great I could see being a little defensive, but there are so many mistakes, missed deliveries, wrong deliveries, they have no reason to be disrespectful of unhappy customers.

    Customer service is very bad, especially since they desperately need to change their staff because their behavior is unacceptable. Honestly, this place doesn't even deserve one star. They lost all my mail because their staff and managers are bad. I visited them three times. No help, even worse. 👎Service. Note: The staff is not honest, has no experience, and just wants to get the job done. They put the mail in the wrong address. Due to poor management

    This is honestly the worst place ever. If you’re Latino, immigrant, Asian, or basically anything other than “perfect English speaking,” they treat you like you don’t belong. The customer service is absolutely terrible especially if your English isn’t great or you don’t understand something right away. They really need to change their staff because the way they act is unacceptable. Honestly, this place doesn’t even deserve one star.

    I travel out of state often, and put my mail on hold when I do. I always put on the mail hold that I will pick my mail up at the post office. Without fail, every single time, they screw something up. They will deliver my mail during the hold period. I will go to pick up my mail from the post office when I return to town, and am told that my mail is on the delivery truck, when I specifically said I would pick it up, then my held mail is not delivered and I have to go to the post office the next day to get it. This time they both delivered my mail when the hold was in place (security cameras caught it and I had a neighbor pick it up) and then I didn't receive my mail for two days after the hold was over, even though when I went to the post office to get my mail I confirmed that my hold was over (and it was the same as my request). Every single time it is the same excuse. "There was a substitute mail carrier on your route that day." That excuse only works once, not multiple times. There is a reason they only have a two star review on Google.

    I’ve been calling all morning to find my package that was supposed to be delivered via priority mail express all for your operator to answer and then hang up in my face! We are all at work….it’s working hours. ANSWER THE PHONE.
