I understand that once the P.O. box is closed, mail address to the formal box holder should be marked undeliverable, and returned to the sender, not released to another individual. The mail in question was clearly addressed to me and I did not authorize any release.

They mock customers after they exit the office, openly rolling their eyes, shaking their heads, or making comments, all of this in full view of waiting customers. It's really shameful. If deliveries in the zip code were great I could see being a little defensive, but there are so many mistakes, missed deliveries, wrong deliveries, they have no reason to be disrespectful of unhappy customers.

Honestly, this place doesn't even deserve one star. They lost all my mail because their staff and managers are bad. I visited them three times. No help, even worse. 👎Service.
