Joe is really knowledgeable, friendly and always takes the extra time to make sure that you are getting a good rate. Lines can be long at any post office and they are often under staffed..pack your patience and plan ahead.

I understand that once the P.O. box is closed, mail address to the formal box holder should be marked undeliverable, and returned to the sender, not released to another individual. The mail in question was clearly addressed to me and I did not authorize any release.
