- NKNasmaina KJan 4, 20261.0Line was long with only one person at the desk another had shut down a draw and it was just after opening so nobody was going home didn't understand that plus apparently they don't scan packages that come from other businesses before putting them on a truck 200$ down the drain lost item and they refused to try to look for the box telling me that they don't even know where they sent it.... with them not scanning it I couldn't even go online to claim missing mail or get the insurance involved.
