The customer service agent (Clerk 11) I dealt with was an older man with glasses (African American). He was extremely rude, rushed me through the process, and acted in an unprofessional manner the entire time. On top of that, he made inappropriate remarks which is completely unacceptable in any setting - especially at a federal service office. He is unfit for customer service job. Customers deserve respect and courtesy, not hostility or discriminatory behavior. USPS really needs to address this kind of conduct, as it reflects very poorly on the entire organization.
