They always mysteriously say delivered right before 5pm….. I understand you are trying to meet daily quotas but you cause us customers so much confusion. I mean seriously it’s getting to a point where I will no longer do business with a company if I find out they are shipping with USPS.

Why am I being punished for something that isn’t my fault? I need my damn mail and need you all to do your damn job right.
