I spoke with Edward Vinson about it and they a were still not getting it right. I cussed out the carrier and got racial with her and now you stopped delivering my mail. There's was no violence and no property damage so therefore I was within the law. There are no vicious animals, it's a safe neighborhood and the mailbox is easily accessible,,,, those are the only reasons you can stop delivering my mail . Post office'sand their employees are not exempt from being prosecuted . This is a federal crime you are committing,, I'm getting legal representation!
