I went to this post office at 1:45 on a weekday. No lines, no wait, all good. Surprised to see all the negative reviews. Maybe I just showed up on a good day, but everyone was nice, and I was in and out in no time.

Rude… I’m here to get a replacement for lost passport and this lady working hates her job and probably doesn’t like people either. No customer service initiatives. No people skills and she lacks emotional intelligence. I watched her scare the crap out of a little girl trying to take her pic. SMH I wish there was more options for this service in this area. This is horrible.
To top this off, all walk-ins are cramped in a little room. Is this what it feels like to get detained???
Really don’t deserve the 1 star

Treated horribly and yelled at in front of everyone in the post office because we didn’t know that they have a special “list” you have to make it on to be a walk-in for a passport. Nothing on the website said they only allow 5 customers a day for a walk in passport and they start allowing them at 1pm to line up. Hours on website say M-F from 3-4pm and we arrived at 2:58pm. How do you shut something down before it is even open?
In addition, she was demeaning and questioning my intelligence stating - “do you not know how many people are in mandarin? You need to show up earlier” That is an ignorant statement that insinuates I should know their job and how things work. I reviewed the website and followed what it said - there is no way for me to know that they do not follow what they say online.
Do better USPS employees! Our tax dollars are paying for your jobs.

I went to this location in order to do a walk-in for my passport. I already had the application filled out. I was unaware that they require to be there at 2 p.m. in order to have their names on the walk-in sign up sheet. It states that it posted at 2:30 p.m. Unfortunately, they only do four individuals for passports daily for walk-ins. Also, just to give you a heads up they don't sell money orders there. Also, the close by CVS doesn't sell money orders either as I tried that location as well. I had to go to Publix in order to buy a money order. The female that was working the pass section that day had a slight attitude, and I guess she is just there for a pay check and no customer service what so ever. I wouldn't recommend coming to this location for a walk-in passport. Unless, you want to get turned away. I decided to go to the courthouse instead. As I was unaware they do passports there. The whole process took me about an hour as I had the application filled out already.

I visited this USPS location around( 2/17/26 )1:30pm- 2:15pm to purchase two money orders. The first cashier I encountered seemed very unwilling to assist and had a dismissive attitude. When I told her what I needed, she asked “what?” in a sharp tone, as if she hadn’t heard me, and didn’t make any effort to respond politely. From the start, she made me feel like I was being a burden and was not treated with basic courtesy or respect.
Later, when I spoke with another employee to politely share my concerns, the same cashier interrupted the conversation and told me to “calm down,” speaking as if I weren’t there. This was dismissive and made me feel even more uncomfortable.
The other staff were helpful, but because of this interaction, I chose not to purchase additional items. Customers deserve professionalism and basic courtesy — I hope management addresses this so future customers do not have a similar experience.
I usually don’t leave negative reviews and I don’t like going out of my way to report someone, since I also work in customer service and understand that customers aren’t always easy. That said, this behavior was completely unprofessional and not called for. After seeing other reviews online, it seems I’m not the only one who’s experienced poor customer service at this location. Many people have shared similar frustrations, and it’s clear that management needs to address this consistently.
