We showed up at 2:35 and were told that we should've been there by 2:00-2:15 to get our names on the list. This is extremely confusing as they specifically said they don't tak walk ins until 3. We could've been there as early as 2 but walk ins start at 3. This needs to be clarified on their website and their phone info line. It's our fault for trying to deal with usps.

Poor customer service, lack of care yo expedite services, and employees texting while helping me. Clear example of why the USPS loses money each year and other carrier services (UPS, FEDEX) operate with great revenue.

She was so patient and walked us through everything—what we needed, how the photo should look, and each step of the process. This was our first time, and now we feel fully educated and confident enough to bring the rest of our family next time. We laughed so much throughout the process. Even the questions we thought would be stressful, she made fun and painless. I would recommend anyone to come here. We’ll definitely be back with our kids and the whole family. Thanks again for this experience. Please be sure to shout her out—it's hard to find people who are genuinely passionate about great customer service these days.
