Unfortunately, there are always people with a bad attitude who, instead of helping others, do the opposite. - JJJOct 16, 20251.0I used the self service and there is not a bin anywhere for me to put large boxes so I brought it up to the counter AS I ALWAYS HAVE DONE WITH OTHER USPS no problem. All she had to do was scan it/take it and keep it moving. Said if I used the self service and got a receipt already then why am I even up there pretty much. “well I don’t need to scan this so what do you need? Another receipt??” Obviously there’s nowhere else for these boxes to go? Continues to repeat herself. Eye rolls and making faces to my responses. Then gave me an attitude when I said alright just give me another receipt then after all her antagonizing. Under her breath she said “ok we will give her another receipt…” so unnecessary. (It was the lady by the passports with the mask)
