Only for me to check the tracking and see the package is still in pre-label status. Something is up here. As a full -time business owner, it is beyond wrong that I not only lose out in the item in the package, but am robbed of the money that has to be paid for the shipping. I started just driving to a different location all together because of how often this was happening. Is it theft? Disregard for the job? I obviously don’t have the answers but it is very sad how much U’ve lost to the negligence at this location.
