I was told they're for businesses, and I had to go to the one on Mayport Rd to get a PO Box. The one on Mayport Rd has terrible customer service, and this one seems pointless to have around because military people can't use. They're not even that many businesses on base. We can't get mail at the barracks, and this one is by my barracks. That makes no sense to me.

Went to pick up my mail only to be lectured how I’m not allowed to send my mail here, next time it would be returned immediately and how they are tired of telling people at the campground this. Maybe they should figure it out with the MWR since the lady also specifically mentioned this has been the mail delivery location and appropriate instructions for OVER 20 years.

Had to go to post office off base where there was a larger line and I still got my business taken care of in a few mins.
