I was told they're for businesses, and I had to go to the one on Mayport Rd to get a PO Box. The one on Mayport Rd has terrible customer service, and this one seems pointless to have around because military people can't use. They're not even that many businesses on base. We can't get mail at the barracks, and this one is by my barracks. That makes no sense to me.
- WRWhitney RichardsonSep 16, 20211.0They were extremely rude. I live at the campground on base, MWR paper instructions at check in walk you through how to receive your mail here. Went to pick up my mail only to be lectured how I’m not allowed to send my mail here, next time it would be returned immediately and how they are tired of telling people at the campground this. Maybe they should figure it out with the MWR since the lady also specifically mentioned this has been the mail delivery location and appropriate instructions for OVER 20 years.
