Brought in my return, the box open - in case they needed to look inside. The employee informed me that the return had to be taped up - and there's a $2.00 tape fee. And right next to him is a giant roll of packing tape. C'mon UPS Store, I thought better of you. Think first of your customers - you make plenty on shipments. Just a word of caution - tape up or pay.

Frankly, the store is the worst lines are so long additionally, they nickel and dime you for everything if you need a piece of tape, they charge you three dollars for a piece of tape. If you need to print the label they have no way to print it without having an emailed and charging you three dollars to have a label print it no Customer Service just nickel and dime me to death go somewhere else!

This store is exactly why some people hesitate to support locally owned businesses. The excessive charge for something as simple as taping a box and printing a label feels exploitative and clearly takes advantage of the store’s convenient location. I won’t support a business that prioritizes profit over fair treatment of its customers and will gladly drive out of my way to avoid returning.

A huge and heartfelt thank you to John and Rob for going WAY above and beyond to complete a last minute print order for me! Due to a few issues I had, I did not have much time to have a family heirloom cookbook printed in time for Christmas. These were my Christmas gifts for my children and grandchildren. I told John I knew this was one of the busiest times for them, and I would understand if they couldn't make it happen quickly enough. He replied, "It's Christmas!", and that they "would get it done!" With time running out, John arranged with Rob at UPS Store #3927 to have the order printed and ready in under 24hrs.They did an incredible job getting my cookbooks printed and bound in record time. I received a call from John letting me know my books were ready (even a few hours before the time they had given me), and he had personally brought them to UPS Store #7489 for pickup, which was much closer to me! In my 67 years of being on this planet I've never seen such caring, team work, and efficiency for any service I've received. The cookbooks I've spent months compiling turned out stunning! The quality of the materials used and the equipment they were printed with,.... top notch! I'm so excited to give these to my family. I'm just a Granna, sharing five generations of our family's favorite recipes (most were in my head..😄). It could have been 'just another print job' to John, but he understood how important this one order was to one customer and went much further than most others would have in order to make it happen! Stellar customer service is a rare thing these days. John is over 10 UPS stores, and I'm sorry I don't know all the store numbers, but the ones mentioned here are part of his. You can 100% trust John and his team with any printing/binding job you have. From the bottom of my heart, Thank you, John, Rob (Store #3927), and Carolyn (Store #7489). Wishing everyone a most Joyous Christmas and the Brightest of New Years! 🥰

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I contacted this store to have business cards made for myself and two other employees, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The cards were well designed, completed within two days, and the quality was outstanding. I also had brochures produced for an event—5,000 brochures along with 1,000 business cards for each employee. Everything was completed quickly and turned out exactly as expected, especially considering the short turnaround time. In addition, the team produced 12 banners for a soccer team (60” x 36”), and they looked very professional and well made. I worked with John, the owner, and Rob, the manager, who were both extremely helpful and attentive throughout the process. The entire team was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend The UPS Store in Julington Creek and will continue to use them for my printing needs. You guys ROCK!
