Only needed 1 piece of tape to finish and they said I could buy tape or they can do it for 5 dollars. What a waste of money and time at this location. I’ll keep my 5 bucks and you can keep this 1 star review. (Update based on manager response: I had a QR Code for free return, the $5 was to put 1 piece of tape on the top of the box to seal it. They scanned the QR looked at me and said it will be $5 to close the box. My issue to the minimum amount of effort. A package store that is charging $5 to close the box is a store that does not care about customers. Still 1 star. )

Because of the email size limitation (att restriction) and the number of files, I didn’t get my last files to them until later in the afternoon. I made several calls to the store to make sure they were receiving my emails and Princess was very helpful. She was a joy to work with and was able to get the files printed same day. In time for me to pick up and pack for my trip. Thank you Princess and the UPS store for the great customer service!!
