  On 2/13/26 I went to UPS located on 6001 Argyle Jacksonville, Fl 32224. I took a picture for passport renewal and returned home to discover that it was rejected online. I returned on 2/14/26 and was serviced by another young man named Hansen. Although the store was busy, he not only took my picture but continued to check up on me as I attempted to complete my online passport renewal application. He multi-tasked servicing other customers, assisted me with the new picture and the finalization of my online application. Just wanted to commend his professionalism, knowledge and courteous service. Wishing there were more employees like him. Thank you Hansen!

  **** AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS**** My son being in the Armed Forces is stationed overseas and his grandmother likes to send him care packages from time to time (This one was for Christmas) which is an FPO address. I advised her not to take it to the UPS store as the USPS would be cheaper because they give discounts to service members receiving packages, but she wanted to go to the UPS store for the convenience. Immediately upon walking inside one employee was complaining that it wasn’t “His day to work” and told us because he doesn’t know how to do FPO addresses We are going to have to wait for who ever it was to get out of the bathroom, Because “He knows how to work the computer.” After standing there a good 8-10 minutes while other customers are being helped The guy finally comes out of the bathroom. He seemed to know what he was doing, However he didn’t seem to know how to fill out A customs form. All he put on it was “Care package” which was denied by the USPS. USPS sends the package back to us at home Stating customs form filled out incorrectly. The UPS store charged her more than $50.00 To send out this package that never made it anywhere And DID NOT Refund her money. She was told she needed to fill out some forms and “they will look into it.” Hasn’t heard a word since. I’m not even going to go into the fiasco with my dental impressions In the last week. My best advice for anyone Reading this…… ****** AVOID THE STORE AT ALL COSTS ******* ****UPDATE**** Tried contacting store owner via store owners response to Google review post through email as requested by store owner a week ago. As expected, no response.

  Staff is awesome and friendly! I went in at 6:29 pm (do not go late) i didn’t realize they closed at 6:30 but they took me anyway for a quick amazon return drop off. They were still nice and services me kudos and thank you! Thanks for the great customer service.
