Gentleman with long dirty fingernails comes out to try and help while condescendingly telling me " here what we're gonna do, I'm going to scan in it as unknown gear and you're going to get an att bill for 200$ for unreturned merchandise and you can fight it later" he kept insisting even when I said what an absolutely terrible suggestion that was he said " be quiet lower your voice my boss is listening". By that point I lost my patience and left without being helped.

It had a sticker on it with "$5 pick-up" written on it. I asked what the sticker was for and he responded that they always charge that for pick-ups. I explained that I had not received that information on any of the emails or communications from VistaPrint or UPS. He continued to push that it was in their POS to charge for it and that VistaPrint and even UPS were different companies. And that people usually call to check if there is a fee before shipping something there. I then asked where the other box was. He told me there was only one box. I explained that one had been delivered on 10/6 and the other on 10/14. I had purposely waited for both packages to arrive. I stood there waiting for several minutes. Finally he came back saying he had looked up this shipment and found the other box. He also said that someone must have not put the box in the system correctly there at the store and there actually was no pick-up charge. They loaned me a cart to take the two boxes out to my car which was helpful. This was not a pleasant experience. Had we not been having a significant amount of rain when I placed the order, I would have had it come directly to me. In the future, I will not use this store as a UPS Access Point or for other services again.
