Gentleman with long dirty fingernails comes out to try and help while condescendingly telling me " here what we're gonna do, I'm going to scan in it as unknown gear and you're going to get an att bill for 200$ for unreturned merchandise and you can fight it later" he kept insisting even when I said what an absolutely terrible suggestion that was he said " be quiet lower your voice my boss is listening". By that point I lost my patience and left without being helped.
