They patiently answered all of my questions and carefully walked me through the entire shipping process. Even after the package was delivered, the service continued to impress me. A UPS Store employee named Rich, who processed my shipment, personally called me to notify me that the package had been delivered, confirmed the delivery location, and let me know who received it on the other end. This level of service was excellent and gave me a very positive experience. If UPS can continue to provide this kind of consistent service in the future, I will definitely choose UPS more often.
