Just went in 10 mins prior to closing on a Saturday and they are cranking!! The place is jam packed, yet no signs of anyone going ‘postal’. The attendant was so smartly & swiftly processing everything and doing it all with a very pleasant attitude. Great store!!!

I took a beneficiary benefits packet from my late father’s estate here to be notarized today. I’ve had pleasant and professional experiences in the past with a gentleman at this location. Not today. Aside from the general rudeness, she unnecessarily scrutinized the documents which included reading the executor’s page, which included personal information, as well as my father’s death certificate which was part of the package. She continued on to loudly and curtly question me regarding details of the documents in an overtly suspicious tone. There were other customers well within earshot, which made everything enemies more embarrassing. Maybe I’m wrong, but it’s my impression that a Notary is supposed to verify identity and witness the signature. I’ve had many documents notarized and I’ve never endured this level of scrutiny and rudeness. I can appreciate due diligence, but this transaction exceeded the scope of her duties, as well as left me feeling embarrassed and angry. I absolutely will NOT be conducting any future business at this store!
