  I’ve had a wonderful experience at The UPS Store. I’m a new customer and previously used a different location, but the difference here is night and day. From the moment I walked in, the service, professionalism, and overall atmosphere stood out. The staff is friendly, helpful, and truly makes you feel valued. Everything runs smoothly and efficiently, and it’s clear they take pride in what they do. I can honestly say this is my new home for all my shipping and business needs. Highly recommend.

  Poppy and Selena are two of the rudest and most employees I have ever encountered. Their “I could care less” and sarcastic responses were disgusting. I’ll be reporting to the corporate office. I’m sure there are many individuals who are willing to work and would appreciate having a job. Also agree with other reviews, several times the store late to open and closes early, with notice. Will definitely be using a different location

  This UPS location is routinely closed during its listed open hours. Not a reliable location. Editing to respond: The listed hours on this platform say the store open until 7 PM on Fridays, it was closed at 6:30 PM. The business hours on the door were erased.

  I am extremely pleased with the service at this UPS location and cannot say enough good things about the team here. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly, professional staff who were genuinely eager to help. They took the time to listen to my needs, answered all of my questions clearly, and made sure everything was handled correctly without rushing me. What really stood out to me was how knowledgeable and patient the employees were. Whether it was shipping options, packaging advice, or tracking information, they explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and made sure I felt confident about my shipment. The process was smooth, efficient, and completely stress-free, which is something I truly appreciate. The store itself was clean, organized, and well-run. Even though it was busy, the staff stayed calm, courteous, and focused on providing excellent customer service to everyone. It’s clear that they take pride in their work and care about helping customers get the best possible experience. Overall, this UPS location has earned my trust and loyalty. Their outstanding service, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond truly make a difference. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and friendly service. I will definitely continue using this UPS store in the future.

  I had the best experience as soon as I entered this UPS store I was greeted by 3 people all friendly and smiling. Sasha help me and printed the a form I needed to fill out you, then she scan 2 items I need to have to sent in a Fax. Sasha is a shining star and great at her job! The atmosphere in the store was refreshing, it was great experience! I will never go anywhere else You have a team that enjoys their jobs and is helpful and pleasant!!!! This is hard to find😊
