    Very disappointing experience at this UPS location. On Wednesday the 7th around 3:15 PM, there was a long line reaching the door. As I was entering, an elderly woman had just come in before me. She didn’t realize where the line started, even though there is a sign above, and she was standing alone on the wrong side. No one guided her or helped her understand. At that moment, two employees were clearly busy helping customers, while another female employee was standing in the back, not assisting anyone. Eventually, she came forward to ask customers what they needed, but her attitude was extremely rude, impatient, and unprofessional. She spoke to the elderly woman in a very harsh way, saying “This is not the line, the line is over there,” without any kindness or respect. A simple and polite explanation would have been enough, especially for a senior citizen. Instead, she embarrassed her. She then continued questioning customers with the same rude tone (“What are you here for?”), including me. When she addressed me, she was cold, dismissive, and offered no real help or guidance. This is a thumbs down for that employee. Customer service like this is unacceptable, especially in a place where people of all ages come in needing assistance. Management can verify this incident on their cameras. It honestly felt like she is in the wrong line of work.

    This store is a poor representation of UPS stores in Florida. I stopped in to drop off A postage Paid, 4“ x 6“ box for my business. The label was already on it and it only had to be scanned to be shipped. I got out of my car and pulled on the door at 3:58 PM and the door was locked. I tapped on the door and the customers looked at me, but the manager who was 6 feet from the door, shook her head and told me that she was closed. I told her that it’s not yet 4 o’clock and she shook her head and walked away and said “No we’re closed!” and put her hand up as if to dismiss me. As I was walking away, one of the workers came to the door to let out a customer and told me that she wasn’t allowed to take my package and scan it because the lady who told me no was the manager and there was nothing she could do even though she wanted to help me. Her facial expression looked like she was in bondage, and the two other workers also Looked at me with a facial expression of regret because there was nothing they could do to override the manager. The customer who came out, said that she literally just did exactly what I was trying to do and there were eight other customers still in line inside the store when I walked away. The amount of time and effort it took for her to reject me as a customer was more than what was needed to receive my package for outgoing shipments. The UPS truck for pick ups was outside the door parked, and they had not even started loading up for the outgoing packages Because the driver was Talking on his mobile device. Customer Service is always primal especially in times like this where many people are callous and disrespectful. I’ve been coming to this store for seven years and I would rather drive 12 miles out of the way than to come back here. This store has a high turnover of employees and cleanliness is not something that the Manager is familiar with. I suggested the regional managers get involved to find out what the real problem is at this location. FedEx is across the street and trust me. They are a much friendlier and cleaner store with better hours and better staff managers. The only reason this store is being rated with a one star is because the lower level employees want to improve, but the management is not receptive to improving Customer Service, a clean environment or better ways to service this community. Thank you for allowing me to have room to express my experience, but I won’t be going back to the store for my business deliveries or for my personal packaging needs. I have too many other better options and I’m going to influence my business partners to do the same. Our network does not need this Kind of poor Service. This is not my first bad experience at this location, but I can promise you it’s the last one.

    Went in to get my fingerprints . Line was very long , but everyone stayed calm and was very nice & happy to assist . Michelle did my fingerprints to allow her coworker to go to lunch . She was so kind and helpful even with all that was going on around . I will be back to this store for that reason .

    I frequent this establishment several times a week and it’s always chaotic. However, there is this one young lady named Leah, super professional super polite and her work ethic is amazing. I’ve literally seen her handle an entire line by herself at the counter working two registers at a time, and other times they have 4 workers and the line is out the door. Her worth ethic is amazing. She needs a raise! I really hope her manager sees how hard she works and how well She runs the counters.

    They misplaced our MONEY ORDERS && didn’t have not one care in the world! instead of owning up to the mistake they said the package left the building with ups driver but it never even left the store I don’t have any tracking information except for that the label was created and it’s been in there possession since Wednesday the 19th ! They lost it and that package was supposed to be overnighted to my rental company … they lied and said they created a claim on Friday the 21st ! They ain’t create the claim until November 24th … Once she didn’t wanna hear the truth anymore she started to threaten me and say she was going to call the sheriff and get me kicked out the store …. Very rude and unprofessional … this is someone’s livelihood … either they stole the money orders and didn’t think we was going to make a big deal out of it or lost my package and won’t own up to it … right before the holidays but God doesn’t miss and you shall rep what you sow
