  This place is always a hassle.I try to avoid it at all costs. Update, I went to the location in Nocatee and had zero issues returning the same item. I will go there from now on. Super friendly!

  Always great customer service at this UPS location. The team consistently goes above and beyond, especially when it comes to Amazon returns. Sarah went out of her way to help me with a particularly difficult return, and I truly appreciated her patience and dedication. Highly recommend this location!

  I had a great experience with this store’s printing services after a disappointing experience with another local store! I had requested a quote for printing birthday invites and thank you notes from the other store. That location was unable to provide information over the phone and shared their email address for me to request a quote. They responded back and stated that they were unable to print cards to cardstock - unsure why that couldn’t be confirmed over the phone. In stark contrast, the 210 location (Madison) promptly answered the phone, answered all of my questions, and provided a per card price. The best part was that they were able to fulfill my order same-day! Prices for the cards were fair - a little more expensive than my prior UPS Store in Tampa, especially for the 4”x6” size, but all-in-all, very pleased. I was delighted to see how great the quality was when I picked up the cards! They’re perfect! Everyone in store was friendly and helpful. Will definitely use their services again.

  Today, they denied elderly wheelchair bound paraplegic elderly dad the notary service of his florida state real id and passport photo copy. The manager, two white middle aged owners, lady manager and the female employee. They did not follow the florida statue 117.107(6). There was a element of racism and denial of service based on the race and gross human right volition. they were flexing and threatening saying they are the ultimate owners and has nothing to do with ups and refused the service. it happened jan 6th 5:30 pm.does ups this kind of gross treatment?

  My second worst experience with this store. The first time, I was charged to return something to Amazon using a free label, but the rude cashier canceled the transaction and likely kept the money. This time, I paid for overnight shipping, but the package vanished. I spent the whole day tracking it, and corporate couldn't help since it was never scanned after spending $70 to notarize documents there. They will not get another cent from me. I wish I could give them zero stars.
