This morning I checked my app and only four of the five packages were listed as dropped off at UPS. I went to UPS to today to see if they could help figure out what may have happened. . According to them, it was my fault. I did something wrong. I didn’t drop off the package. I gave them the wrong label, etc. I think their employee attached the printed label but didn’t scan the package. That’s my guess. I am hoping it still makes it to Amazon. My only mistake was not checking my receipt before I left the store. I know in the future I will not leave the store without carefully checking my receipt.

We were unaware we were going to be charged for them to print out the shipping label. $2 for a piece of printer paper and ink. I thought it would at least have been an adhesive label for $2. She kept asking if we sent the email of the shipping label with out even giving us a chance to do so. When it went through, she did not confirm with, instead walked right past us, muttered something to her coworkers and came over with the paper. I had to be the one to ask if it went through. I had to be the one to ask if there was anything else we needed to do. Then after saying no thank you to our receipt, she kept asking if we were sure; finally after the 2nd time, I took it from her and headed out the door. I have only made 2 reviews, this being my third. I am the type of person who tries to go with the flow but this was too far for me. I had to say something. I unfortunately will be back as this is the closest/most confident location. I just won’t be happy about it.
