I would’ve gladly paid 50 cents or even a dollar this time around. Now they lost a fairly regular customer and get a negative review. I hope it was worth it!

They incorrectly wrote down the street number and the area code, even though the package had the correct address clearly printed in Arial font, size 30. Despite this, they lost my package. When I spoke to the supervisor, I couldn't get any compensation, and they offered no solution. They claimed no responsibility for anything that happens to the shipments, and to top it all off, they even MOCKED ME, suggesting that I take the incorrect address they had written down and travel from Jacksonville to Miami to retrieve the package myself. They are completely irresponsible. This is the kind of thing that causes large businesses to fail.

I asked the woman at the store to look around for it in case it got left behind but she refused and would only say that all packages were picked up. I am very distressed at the moment because there were some irreplaceable items in this package. I chose UPS because we've had problems with lost items with USPS and this was a very important package. *This is the same woman that had her child, no older than 10, helping her with Amazon packages a few weeks ago.
