    BEWARE of the UPS Store at Beach and San Pablo. I dropped a package off on Monday before 10am and it never got scanned by the pick up driver and my package is lost. I asked the woman at the store to look around for it in case it got left behind but she refused and would only say that all packages were picked up. I am very distressed at the moment because there were some irreplaceable items in this package. I chose UPS because we've had problems with lost items with USPS and this was a very important package. *This is the same woman that had her child, no older than 10, helping her with Amazon packages a few weeks ago.

    This is one of the worst WORST managed and trained stores i have EVER had to used having lost my packages 2 times on different occasions. Started using another location and different as night and day!! Stear CLEAR of this one!! THE CHAIN OF CUSTODY SHOWS DELIVERY TO THIS UPS STORE AS SHIPPING RECORDS WITH USPS INDICATES. It was miss handled and LOST here!! The USPS INDICATES THE PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED 16 Oct @ 1pm. This is conveyed to the manager Cris!!
