  I ordered new Apple iPhones for me and my wife. Somehow someone accessed my tracking number and came into the store. They provided this stranger with my package without checking their ID, DESPITE UPS STATING AN ID WAS REQUIRED AND I HAD TO SHOW MINE. Was told to file a claim. Just really negligent despite having done business at the location on numerous occasions. Would not have anything sent to this store ever again for peace of mind.

  I’ve been going to this UPS location for at least six years and always have a great experience. The guys who work here are easy-going, understanding, and make the whole process feel effortless. I felt compelled to write this review today (finally) because I’ve worked with Jay several times—especially around Christmas when I’m shipping lots of gifts—and he is consistently fantastic. Thank you, Jay, for your outstanding customer service!

  Went for a notary at open. Waited in line for 30 minutes and get to front and guy said they don’t start signing notary until 9:30. Went to another location got there at 9:15 and they did it right away so clearly not a company rule.

  They have been pretty great for a number of things for me in the past but a recent colored print job has me feeling a bit tossed to the side. They stated their colored printer was a bit wonky and my colored prints definitely showed that. Instead of being offered abother time to come back and have them redone they just stated it's all they can do at the moment.

  I have been a customer of this UPS Store for years. Great customer service. Never disappointed. Tony and his staff are always cheerful and accommodating.
