- OOOtakuShuDec 10, 20251.0Went for a notary at open. Waited in line for 30 minutes and get to front and guy said they don’t start signing notary until 9:30. Went to another location got there at 9:15 and they did it right away so clearly not a company rule.

They stated their colored printer was a bit wonky and my colored prints definitely showed that. Instead of being offered abother time to come back and have them redone they just stated it's all they can do at the moment.

- AHAmber HarrellJan 8, 20241.0I went to this store on 12/16/23 to ship 4 boxes. The largest box was Christmas presents for my niece and a very special canvas for my brother and SIL. All of my other packages made it except the one to my niece. I was devastated. She is only 2 and was waiting for her Christmas presents from her aunt sissy. My tracking only said label created 12/18/23 and nothing further. Something is fishy. I asked where the package went from the monument store they said to the hub. They said they would investigate. I had to call them to see if they “found” my package even though they told me they would be in contact with me. I believe there was no investigation. I believe there is a thief at UPS and it was stolen. I don’t care about the $, it was the thought and time put into personalized gifts. I will never ship with UPS again and I will tell everyone that I can about my awful experience and UPS workers who acted like they could care less they lost my package. I am including a picture of my box. How do you lose a box 24x16x19? I know how, someone steals it or crushes it and doesn’t tell you.

He seems to pick and choose which customers he is polite to. So if you’re not looking for attitude, try another location.
