Was told they wouldn’t put a label on the box I provided because it wasn’t one of their pre approved boxes. Obviously trying to rip people off. Brought the same package into the Old St Augustine UPS location and they shipped it no questions asked. They are dishonest and unprofessional at this location and the high volume of one star reviews speaks for itself.
