Upon arrival, I noticed that the store’s entrance door was not automatic, which created an immediate challenge. Although I could see an associate inside who did not appear to be occupied, I did not receive any assistance. As a result, I was forced to set the package down in order to open the door myself and bring in the box without any help from store staff. After entering and placing my package on the scale, I was cautioned by the associate to be careful, as the scale was valued at $800. This warning, coupled with the lack of assistance, contributed to an unsatisfactory experience. It appears that the store may be under new ownership, as the previous owners demonstrated a much more customer service-oriented approach. Unfortunately, my recent visit did not meet my expectations, and I have never encountered this level of difficulty at a UPS store before.
