    Do not use this place to fax important documents. Spent $40.00 on 17 pages. The fax didn’t not arrive and they will not reimburse me because their receipts said sent, but it was not received. This is not a good customer service experience at all. Now I have to drive 3 hours to hand deliver these documents.

    I am disgusted with one of the employees at the Oakleaf branch who did NOT want to scan my Amazon return. He told me to use the kiosk. I told him I'd wait, and he said, "I'll do it this time, but not anymore." Like I'm a child! Really!?? First of all, it takes longer to get the refund, but he literally argued with me that it doesn't. It has in the past, so I don't like using it. And, one time, it failed to give me the receipt. He was despicable and should be fired.

    Is this the only store where asks $3.99 per label printed to ship with them? A pack of A4 paper can be bought with that money. I will avoid this store to work with ASAP — so greedy
