  I have been coming to this store since they opened up several months ago. I've always received good service, and lately, Kristyn has been waiting on me and is friendly and does a good job.

  I spent over $30 today to send to small envelopes of photographs to cousins; ~$15 each. That's excessive. There was a third package, consisting of two photos measuring 2"x3", which for some reason would've costed $44. I could put this in a paper envelope with two Forever stamps and there'd be no issue... why $44?! These cheap bubble-plastic envelopes they provide are also not worth the $2.99 each.. they're very small and I had to stand there with scissors cutting the contents down to fit.. only to not be able to send the package for FORTY FOUR dollars. The employees were baffled and they couldn't get it any cheaper, with one saying to "listen to what the computer says." The staff were nice, however, I'm very confused on how this place is even open. Are they relying simply on the Amazon returns, and extortion for everything else? That being said, I see some previous reviews stated their packages never arrived at their destinations. The employee helping me was far, far too interested in what I was packaging up. Going out of her way to ask me if I'm "doing crafts," while trying to fit the contents into the small packaging & over-priced packaging they provide. God bless your heart. They also foolishly convinced me $10 was enough for insurance. I know who I'm speaking to first if my family heirlooms come up missing. I will not be using this store again.

  Just took a package to send out, and the outstanding young gentleman Jason and Don were super courteous, helpful, just a great experience. Would highly recommend this UPS store. Really, really great service, really good people. Made my day. Thank you guys so much.

  I’m a notary and have been for over 4 years. I visited this store today for the first time to drop off documents. After standing in line for 15 minutes, it was my turn. I was not greeted nor was there an apology for the wait. I was told my label couldn’t be scanned with no option to reprint it or any solution offered at all. I also requested some window stickers for the labels. The staff member looked at me as if I had a 3rd eye, then said “we don’t give those out for free” as if there is a charge for them. Her coworker smugly agreed. I’ve been to dozens of UPS stores across the city and I’ve never experienced this type of treatment, or received any pushback for requesting supplies. These employees should learn common courtesy, and basic customer service and human decency.
