    Just took a package to send out, and the outstanding young gentleman Jason and Don were super courteous, helpful, just a great experience. Would highly recommend this UPS store. Really, really great service, really good people. Made my day. Thank you guys so much.

    I’m a notary and have been for over 4 years. I visited this store today for the first time to drop off documents. After standing in line for 15 minutes, it was my turn. I was not greeted nor was there an apology for the wait. I was told my label couldn’t be scanned with no option to reprint it or any solution offered at all. I also requested some window stickers for the labels. The staff member looked at me as if I had a 3rd eye, then said “we don’t give those out for free” as if there is a charge for them. Her coworker smugly agreed. I’ve been to dozens of UPS stores across the city and I’ve never experienced this type of treatment, or received any pushback for requesting supplies. These employees should learn common courtesy, and basic customer service and human decency.

    I spent $9 printing out some forms and then another $25 to get it all faxed. The company that received the faxed papers could not even read them because they were completely pixelated. I talked to the people at the UPS Store and she acted like the owner was going to call me back of course that never happened. I had to go a different route to get my papers faxed over, no thanks to this store! And I think $3 is a ridiculous price to pay for a single one page copy. So I am out $25 for a service they apparently are not capable of doing. The lack of professionalism for not following up as they promised, ripping me off, and being overly expensive has guaranteed I will not be back. I did not have an extra $25 to throw away on a fax that y'all are incapable of sending properly. Thanks for nothing!

    If I could give 10 stars I would, always so friendly when I go in, never a line & the store is always so fresh & clean. Refreshing to see on Normandy considering the other location.
