    This is the closest UPS near and I’m always satisfied with the customer service, knowledge from staff and how quick service is provided.

    So far, out of this location and the two times I've used it, I've had both my packages incur overage charges, and the weight difference doesn't make sense. I've used multiple locations and completed 230 sales where I've used various locations, and this store has cost me money both times. I won't be using this location again.

    I usually have a good experience when I come here to have documents notarized. But today?! Whoever the tall older light-skin lady is needs serious customer service training. I’ve never seen her before but my husband told her he needed a form notarized and she rudely says “notary stops at 5, it’s 5:40”. Then she says “Next in line” while we were standing there. I’ve never been told that before and she said it as if we should have. kNOWN that. And she dismissed us. We just walked out. We don’t go where we are not respected.

    There are thieves and scammers working within the organization. My mom sent me a care package (worth over $300) before I start my chemotherapy. She paid the over $150 2nd Day Air fee and was guaranteed that the package would arrive by 10:30a on the 2nd Day ( from Palm Coast, FL to Cumming, GA). Within the 1st 48 hours of shipping, we noticed that the package was still in Jacksonville, Florida (which is a 1 hr drive from Palm Coast). We called customer service and they are not sure why but assured us the package we would still be there on time. Thats strange because it was scheduled to be delivered by 10:30a the day it left Jacksonville, FL at 8:03a. The next morning we checked and the package was now moving but was in Atlanta now well after the guaranteed time. Needless to say, we didn't get our package that day. On day 3, we saw that the package arrived on Buford, GA however 2 hours later, we received a notification that the package is missing and that a claim has been filed. Another notification stated that the box was empty and the box was discarded. Being that this is our 1st time doing this, it was a very disheartening and overwhelming experience. I really needed that package as there was food and medication that I needed to help me throughout my chemotherapy treatment journey. The fact that someone at the UPS Buford facility opened up the package and took what was inside is cruel and evil. Than made the decision amongst themselves to file a claim without our approval is disappointing. I hope UPS look into this matter and take it very seriously and hold all individuals involved accountable.

    Y'all delivery company suck n y'all most definitely don't follow directions I put my correct address on the package in y'all still saying that y'all can't find the apartment number I never had this issue with you guys in the past and now all of ah sudden it's a problem when I call your customer service really sucks with an attitude I asked him can he keep it at a UPS location store near me and I can pick it up and he said no it's been sent back to the shipper because it has an incorrect address on there and i do not have an incorrect on there y'all have sorry behind people working nowadays seem like everybody like that at any place you go at n y'all don't like to do y'all jobs
