I will not be returning to this Staples location. I placed a print order Monday 1/5 and it was supposed to be ready Tuesday 1/6. I didn't get the ready for pickup e-mail until Wednesday morning 1/7 which messed with my shipping options but I went to grab it so I could get it sent to my sales team. When I picked up the order they had me look to see if it was correct and it looked right aesthetically so I signed for it and left. Apparently I should have sat and counted the sheets because when I went to divide it up for shipment I found that they only printed 30 of the 50 copies I ordered and paid for. That's right, 40% of my order was missing. At this point I didn't have time to go back up and miss the shipping window as it was already costing extra to expedite after missing a day. I hope it was worth the $23 worth of printing they shorted me on to lose a customer.

I placed a printing order yesterday, and the system clearly showed a pickup date and time for the next day. When I arrived at the store today, I was surprised to learn that my order was not ready.
The associate explained that she was working alone and did not have time to call customers to inform them about delays. While I understand staffing challenges happen, I find this unprofessional. Customers should be notified of delays—at least a few hours in advance—especially when a confirmed pickup time is provided.
This experience was inconvenient and disappointing, and better communication is definitely needed.
