I was in a pinch to get programs and foam board prints made with a quick turnaround, and I couldn't be happier with what Staples delivered. Lauren was especially knowledgeable and helpful, communicated clearly, provided prompt solutions when there was a production issue, and delivered my items ahead of schedule. Poor customer service. Employees were unable to explain store policies, weren't in uniform, and wouldn't help me find supplies I was looking for. I walked across the street to Michael's and got everything I needed.

I will not be returning to this Staples location. I placed a print order Monday 1/5 and it was supposed to be ready Tuesday 1/6. I didn't get the ready for pickup e-mail until Wednesday morning 1/7 which messed with my shipping options but I went to grab it so I could get it sent to my sales team. When I picked up the order they had me look to see if it was correct and it looked right aesthetically so I signed for it and left. Apparently I should have sat and counted the sheets because when I went to divide it up for shipment I found that they only printed 30 of the 50 copies I ordered and paid for. That's right, 40% of my order was missing. At this point I didn't have time to go back up and miss the shipping window as it was already costing extra to expedite after missing a day. I hope it was worth the $23 worth of printing they shorted me on to lose a customer.
