I asked her for assistance several times and she completely blew me off and the third time just walked away and told me to go figure it out for myself. Customer service can make or break a business! I highly suggest getting more professional help at the print counter, otherwise you will lose much more then my business alone. The lady who did not help me went by the name Pascal. Needless to say, I won’t be retuning to this location.
