On the September 24th 2025 I called the company and asked where the mattress was at and they said in there warehouse and it would be delivered on September 26 2025. I explained that I needed the Mattress sooner than that because my wife's back is bad. The person from RXO said I don't care it will be delivered on the 26th. When it was finally delivered they dropped it on my patio chair on my front porch. This company is full of excuses, they are slow, they are rude, and they are destructive. I will never have them deliver a item again.
