- DBDesmond BraceyDec 9, 20231.0They will communicate with you to no end when you’re initially contacted. Once you go through the process the communication stops. I told them upfront to please be transparent as soon as you know I don’t get a position. After 2 weeks of daily calls, texts, and emails, someone must’ve nagged my recruiter enough to finally break the news. Then I was told “I’ll be in touch tomorrow to go over other opportunities.” 2 weeks later and I haven’t heard from them since. They will do their best to ghost you once they realize you aren’t chosen for an opportunity. If you do involve yourself with them I advise you to continue your search before you’re stuck playing catch-up waiting on them to acknowledge your existence after a role doesn’t pan out.
- KFKim FullerOct 17, 20231.0I do not recommend Rayven Toonka at this location. She basically played me and I want you all to delete my prep interview and information out of your database ASAP! I literally told her in the beginning that if they decide to move on then let me so that I can move on and her and the account manager still ghosted me. I don’t recommend 3rd party recruiters in general because of their horrible practices and the last job I had from a 3rd party recruiter was extremely toxic and discriminated against me and I’m considering taking all of them to court. Some people left after me for the same reasons from that job as well. They also will call your previous references and ask certain questions when it’s federally illegal to do so. Now I can’t find another opportunity unless I finish my masters degree. I can’t wait for the day when these corrupt companies and recruiters come to an end with their misleading practices!
