- MHMichael HansfordSep 26, 20251.0A man working up front called us and said he got our package off the truck and we could come pick it up which with traffic is 30 minutes drive time but he assured us that it would be there so we took off to go get the package and when we got there my fiance went inside and he acted confused and then said the package was not there. He said it was on the truck again. So we drove all the way back home and as soon as we got there our phone rang and it was the same gentleman saying that he found the package after we left and it was still at this location !! So for a second time we turned around and drove back out there and my fiance went in to pick it up again and after looking at her identification he claimed that it was not her so she comes out to the car to tell me about it and the man came out to the car and we gave him the identification again and he just acted confused literally like he had no idea what he was doing or how to do his job ! He was smiling the whole time so I thought that he was playing a little joke and just having some fun but then he started walking to other cars looking for my fiance apparently when she was sitting right beside me and her ID card looks exactly like her! By this time I was irate and I told him to walk around to her side of the car and hold the ID up and look at her face and he finally gave her the package ! It amazes me how qualified Americans are not being hired by these large companies anymore obviously because they will take less pay and less benefits than Americans will ! It just shows the sad State of affairs this country has been in for a while now ! Bottom line it was a very very disappointing experience and frustrating !!
