Thank you to Stephen at this FedEx Office location. I went one evening this week with a pretty stressful job to print, and he was excellent. Patient, helpful and very courteous. He handled all my requests and provided excellent customer service in the process.

I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences at this FedEx location! After a disappointing visit to a more convenient spot, I now make the extra drive to Baymeadows for top-notch service. I create laminated poster-board sized collages for my work, and Albert is usually my go-to guy. He was on vacation during my last project in July, but Karli and Stephen stepped in to help, and they were fantastic!
They assured me everything would be ready in about an hour, and they absolutely delivered. Not only was the work done perfectly, but Karli and Stephen were incredibly kind, friendly, and handled my project with great care. It was such a pleasant interaction, and it reinforced why I always choose this location.
Highly recommend this team and this store—I'll definitely be back!
