The family member lived in another state from me so there was a lot of copying, printing, and shipping paperwork back and forth. This location was my go-to FedEx location. I'm sure the staff got tired of seeing me ( or really my jamming the copy machines, lol.) Through-out the process, I was in the store no fewer than 10-15 times. Every time the doors slid open, I was met with a smile and greeted immediately. Every time I jammed that copy machine or didn't know how to use it, someone quickily came over to fix my issues and/or show me what I did incorrectly. Everyone was also patient with me & my lack of knowledge! I truly appreciate the staff here and all the help I was given in order to complete my duties as an executor! It was something I had never done so it was very frustrating at time for me! Each time I needed to ship something swiftly, FedEx did NOT let me down. The envelopes arrived safely & expeditiously.
