Associate looked at me like I was an idiot and told me they don't do that. Isn't this a shipping store? They have no stamps so she offered a high priced envelope to mail a single letter, my taxes. Thought I'd save time and run in and avoid the post office. Nope. Interaction with employees was horrendous. Explain how this is a shipping store but the lady had no idea what stamps were! Absolute joke. I went elsewhere and got excellent service. Save the trip and drive to the UPS store.

They helped me as soon as I came in this morning. Amazing customer service. They helped me when I truly needed it and had no idea how bad of a day I was having. They both deserve a raise and dinner on the bus. Thank you so much again.
