I do not see a point in scheduling a pick up online to have the driver come 3 hours early and said she will be back in a hour and that was 3 hours ago. i have a funeral to attend at 2 and I get off at 1230. She was told that when she left here. I have 35 boxes sitting outside waiting on her before I can leave. I was told the earliest they could get here was 12:15 and she comes at 10 and said she would be back in a hour now it is 1:00. Not a way to run a business. If she had waited 20 minutes she could have picked the whole order up they were all complete except one. It was a woman driver and it would have taken her at least 15 minutes to load the 34 boxes complete. I am not happy at all.

Tracking number 7931306272. According to tracking info, it's at the JAX main building. It has been there for several days. It asked for the zip. Attempted to give my spouse's mobile number as well. She's the recipient. It wouldn't take her cell number. If there is a problem, why hasn't your company attempted to contact her directly? Isn't that your job? Also, if your automated call center's function is to frustrate customers, rest assured, it's doing a fine job!

Still haven’t received my package. It says it’s “on hold” because I didn’t pay shipping dues I didn’t know about, after messing around with their god awful website, I am still unable to find a way to contact a real person to help me navigate the website to solve my problem. The one page I got to that looked promising was asking for a phone number to send me a verification code but it automatically inserted a number that isn’t on my phone or the account I purchased my package on. Literally what is this stupid website nothing makes sense and I’ve already spent nearly $200 on my package just for it to be held by DHL.
