This is a nationwide issue regarding them acting in bad faith and breach of contracts. Their actions will put you in a position where you will need to retain legal counsel to resolve.

I had requested home owners insurance and was willing to include my vehicles if the cost was right. Today I received a rejection letter stating a prime reason for rejection was my TransUnion credit profile. I believe it was because of my age and where I live (Orange Park, Fl.). I am 82 and retired Navy living in Orange Park, Fl. My credit rating with TransUnion is 803 points and with Experion it is 838 points. I have ensured my vehicles with GEICO for the past 44 years. The Allstate letter stated that I was turned down partially because of my TransUnion credit profile and the letter was under the signatore of Jesse Pineiro.
