- STSterling TamburelloJul 26, 20251.0I have been trying to submit the same claim for a month now. The associate Allstate system will not progress past "apply e-signature" on the claims page. I called a representative, who could not help me over the phone. They gave me an email instead. I emailed all my documents, as PDF's, and I got an email back saying that I needed to submit my documents as PDF's. What the hell? Just emailed again - please for the love of God, someone help!

They tell you up to 10 business days to process your claim,which is extremely to long to wait when you are off work and without income. Since they are requesting additional paperwork from my physician who filled out paperwork already, this may take another two weeks for me to recieve funds. I do not advise this company for disability claims. The wait is too long
