- LTlillie thomasApr 10, 20261.0If I could, I would give this company no stars. They put the wrong zip code on my package Ga when it clearly shows FL. SMH. I'm out of $400. I spoke to several people. 2 from this company and three from USPS. Both companies are blaming the sender. The sender sent a picture of the package with the correct address. DHL sucks and so does USPS. I posted earlier out of anger. As I looked through the reviews, I see I'm not the only one that has been ripped off. Here is my proof. Customers be aware!

You drop your trailer in your door (refer needs 3/4 tank of fuel) then check in next to dock door 123 (they say 122 but it’s 123). Receiving clerk was polite. Plenty of room to maneuver. Park bobtail end of building. Easy peasy!

- DODrGeorges OralCareDec 16, 20251.0I do not see a point in scheduling a pick up online to have the driver come 3 hours early and said she will be back in a hour and that was 3 hours ago. i have a funeral to attend at 2 and I get off at 1230. She was told that when she left here. I have 35 boxes sitting outside waiting on her before I can leave. I was told the earliest they could get here was 12:15 and she comes at 10 and said she would be back in a hour now it is 1:00. Not a way to run a business. If she had waited 20 minutes she could have picked the whole order up they were all complete except one. It was a woman driver and it would have taken her at least 15 minutes to load the 34 boxes complete. I am not happy at all.
