Told me the cheapest way to ship my box was with the boxes he pointed to and told me to use those ones even though I had to pay for box. I said okay. Packaged it up. A new guy took over and I went to go ship it and it was gonna cost me $155. Then this guy said I need to ship it priority for it to be cheaper. So I had to pay for a box I didnt need and re do it all. I have been here for over an hour sitting through this line with disrespect all along the way. They messed up a guys shipping and he had to pay for ut all over again because of their mess up. Just dont come here ans ship else where!!!

I asked a couple questions and he seemed annoyed that he had to help me, shrugged his shoulders and ultimately left me to figure it out on my own. Store itself was unstocked and just overall not what you’d expect from a post office. Clerk 46 is all it says on the receipt but the man needs some customer service training.

This is unacceptable—customers should not have to feel harassed when visiting the post office. Additionally, it seems unnecessary to require an ID every time I pick up a package when I present the yellow/orange pickup card from my mailbox. Rather than repeatedly questioning customers, I ask that you address the ongoing loitering and safety concerns at this facility.
