I just stopped by there to return a package. The gentleman was lazy (despite having 27 years of experience apparently) and did not want to assist me. I returned a smaller package yesterday going to the same company at the Sunbeam location with zero issues.

Awful service. The older gentlemen who works here is both dismissive and surprisingly unhelpful. I watched him redirect several customers to the self-help kiosk after they waited in line instead of helping them. Terrible service.

Once again I'm being told the same thing that it's being fowarded back to the original adress where I was illegally evicted in inclement weather and freezing cold a year and a half ago. Three illegal evictions three inclement wethers and three traumas and still no way to see my mail answer my mail or file my taxes correctly!!!

Although supervisor Marlon called me today in response to the hostile treatment towards me by the young black girl today 7/3/25, I still feel it necessary to review the post office regarding my request for a rekey placed on June 18. Today I went to check on the status, the girl stated it isn't done and she don't know when it can be done because it is only her an another clerk there.(I don't understand what how many clerks have to do with a postman changing out my key lock.) Luckily I was off work today and the post man was outside and changed out my lock within seconds. He stated he didn't even know I had requested a rekey that he was only aware that I had a hold mail request because that sits inside the box. Thank God that he had common sense and foresight and did this for me because the post office employees had just allowed my service request to sit in the post office. The young black girl even taunted me to make a review against her, she said she didn't care, repeating it several times, she told her supervisor right in front of me and another customer "why did you send this lady back to me" in a nasty tone. She was even rude to her own supervisor. She didn't even know how to process the payment for the rekey that Marlon sent me to her to do. Marlon stated to me she was overwhelmed but not sure how that is true because while I was there I saw her just sitting on her cell phone. This is incompetence on several levels. She needs to be held accountable, this behavior shouldn't be ignored and accepted. She has no self control, I am glad she didn't come out from around the counter and try to fight me. She has an anger management problem for sure. And who is overseeing the service requests at this post office? Apparently no one. District office needs to take a look at this location more closely and investigate services and employees. Thankful for the postman who randomly helped me, no thanks to the post office I had gone to for help as I was supposed to.

I’m not sure why they have hired new employees here at the Jax beach office , Tonya and Jazmyn both the women who are working here at the Jacksonville Beach location are the nastiest, rudest, most unprofessional, incompetent people I’ve ever encountered! Not only the woman unprofessional but the young one was in her cell phone the entire time she was working behind the counter today. We’ve always had a pleasant and professional experience at this post office until just recently when they hired new people at this location. One afternoon when I went into this post office I experienced Tonya who I’d never seen before being rude and hostile to another employee who was an older male who had been working here for years. Not to mention the hostile attitude toward the customers. I’m seriously hoping someone investigates this inappropriate behavior . The new employees at this location or at least the two women here today should have to take a course in professionalism, not to mention educated customer service.
