This location feels unsafe due to individuals loitering outside. As I entered, a woman approached me about God, and when I ignored her she began cursing at me. This is unacceptable—customers should not have to feel harassed when visiting the post office.
Additionally, it seems unnecessary to require an ID every time I pick up a package when I present the yellow/orange pickup card from my mailbox. Rather than repeatedly questioning customers, I ask that you address the ongoing loitering and safety concerns at this facility.

Horrible attitude by desk clerk towards an elderly man. Very impatient. I asked a drop off oration of employees in lobby. Very short and dismissive attitude

I just stopped by there to return a package. The gentleman was lazy (despite having 27 years of experience apparently) and did not want to assist me. I returned a smaller package yesterday going to the same company at the Sunbeam location with zero issues.
